1) If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via Etsy within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.
2) Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)
3) VERY IMPORTANT ___
Make sure to double check your address. We are not responsible for mistyped/ incorrect addresses and those will not be refunded. Contact us within 12 hours of your order if you entered an incorrect address.
